Community guidelines
A short list of how we treat each other here, so Roundtuit stays a good place to plan and share.
- Share what you actually did, and cheer other people on.
- Legal and adventurous is welcome; harming people isn't.
- Respect privacy, especially in crews and photos.
- Report or block anything that's wrong. A person reviews every report.
01The spirit of it
Roundtuit is for doing things: the trip you keep postponing, the class you keep meaning to take, the dinner you keep saying you'll host. The community works when people share what they actually did, cheer each other on, and help each other get round to it.
These guidelines apply to everything on Roundtuit: items, steps, posts, photos, comments, profiles, and crew threads.
02Be real
- Share your own plans, photos, and stories.
- Don't pretend to be someone else, a brand, or Roundtuit.
- Don't fake activity: no buying or trading follows, reactions, or comments, and no running multiple accounts to boost yourself.
03Be kind
- Encourage people. Disagree with ideas, not with the person.
- No harassment, bullying, threats, or piling on.
- No hate: don't attack or demean people for their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or serious illness.
04Not allowed on Roundtuit
We won't host plans or posts that involve:
- Violence against people or animals, or threats of it.
- Weapons of mass destruction, or making weapons or explosives to hurt people.
- Any sexual content involving minors. We report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and remove the account.
- Sexually explicit content, sexual coercion, or trafficking.
- Making or dealing illegal drugs.
- Stalking, doxxing, or targeting a real person.
- Fraud, scams, or theft.
- Breaking into accounts, devices, or systems that aren't yours.
05Legal and adventurous is welcome
Plenty of great goals sound a little wild. Getting a concealed-carry license, hunting with a permit, trying a psilocybin retreat where it's legal, visiting Cuba, jumping out of a plane: all fine. If it's legal where you're doing it and doesn't hurt anyone else, it belongs here.
06Respect other people's privacy
- Don't post someone's personal information, like a phone number, address, or workplace, without their permission.
- Ask before posting a photo where someone else is the focus, and take it down if they ask.
- What's said in a crew stays in the crew. Don't screenshot crew threads to embarrass people.
07No spam or selling
Don't use posts, comments, or crews to advertise, sell, drop affiliate links, or send the same message to lots of people. Sharing the place where you took a great class is fine; turning your profile into an ad isn't.
08Running a crew
Crew owners can remove members and delete steps. Use that to keep the plan moving, not to punish people. If a crew stops working, it's fine to leave it.
09If you're struggling
If you're going through something hard, you don't have to handle it alone. In the U.S., call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Elsewhere, findahelpline.com lists free, confidential help in over 130 countries.
Roundtuit won't block or punish anyone for this. We'll gently point to these resources instead of helping plan anything that could hurt you.
10Reporting and blocking
- Tap Report on any post, comment, public item, or profile. Reports are confidential; the person you report isn't told who sent it.
- Tap Block to disappear from someone entirely, or Mute to quietly hide them from your feed.
- On your own posts, you can delete any comment or turn comments off.
- A real person reviews every report, usually within 24 hours. For anything urgent, also email support@roundtuit.io. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
11What we do
Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, send a warning, limit what an account can do, or suspend it. Repeated or severe violations lead to a permanent ban. We report credible threats of violence to law enforcement.
If you think we got it wrong, email support@roundtuit.io and a person will take a second look.
